This app worked just fine for awhile. It is very simple so doesn't require much tech. Unfortunately it has stopped working. I like most everyone reviewing here can no longer get into it. I contacted the app customer service. Their response was "Please download a meetings app so they can look at my phone." What??!! This is not the fault of my phone. I then called the corporate office of the pet supply store I use the app for. The woman I spoke with could not log in with her Android phone either.

Works intermittently. Most of the time it just sits on the main screen and doesn't display any purchases or anything else. About 1 in 10 times it will work. If there are coupons or other rewards, you are unable to access them due to this buggy app. This hasn't been updated in a couple years, it is overdue for a complete overhaul.

When I first downloaded this app, it worked fine. Now all of a sudden I can't login and check my points or rewards. I try to change my password and it just stays loading and for new members to allow 48 hrs for info to change. I'm not a new member! I love Feeder's Supply and I can't redeem my coupons and it's frustrating.
